Jr. Fashion Leaders of America intern program, designed to recruit and train the next generation of fashion industry leaders. The Jr. Fashion Leaders of America intern program aims to give students ages 16-23 the skills to succeed in the industry and the encouragement to continue their education while doing so. Student interns will be mentored by business professionals currently working in the fashion industry. Leaders that are both locally and internationally. The internship program is designed to provide business and college role models demonstrating the healthiest, most successful ways to be involved in the industry concurrently with academia. Our program is structured to provide mentorship in four specific areas: Modeling, designing, artistic direction, and public relations. Interns will receive hands-on fashion experience by participating in each Synchronicity Fashion Show production, including but not limited to Jr. Fashion Expo, a fall Fashion Show, a winter Fashion Show, Spring Show, Jr Fashion Leaders of America Charity Fashion Show.
Jr. Fashion Leaders of America is looking for motivated, talented, and driven student interested in the world of fashion to work with for the duration of the 2011-2012 school year.
